Instructions to Disable Ineligible Students for Stipends 2022: Harmonized Stipends Program Authority has instructed government, semi-government, and non-government Secondary and Higher Secondary Educational Institutes to Disable Ineligible Students for Stipends program 2022. HSP MIS Sub Director and DDO Sha Maa Saiful published this circular for schools and Colleges to update their Stipends Eligible Status in HSP Software for Class 6 to 12 students on 9th May 2022.

Disable Ineligible Students for Stipends 2022 Circular

According to this circular, schools and Colleges must update the status of Students in Classes six to twelve stipends ineligible students.

By following this guideline, under the Integrated Stipend Program, among the 6th to 12th class students who have been deemed ineligible for the stipend for various reasons in 2022, Educational Institutes should change the status by disabling it in the software.

The heads of the institutions have to complete the work of disabling the ineligible students by logging in to the software of the integrated stipend program by 24th May 2022.

Under the Integrated Stipend Program, a notification has been issued regarding disqualification of students who are ineligible to receive stipends from 6th to 12th class by changing the status.

In the context of appropriate issues, it is to be noted that under the Integrated Scholarship Program, the following procedure should be followed to disable the disqualification of students who are ineligible to receive stipends due to duplicate, married, missing, out-of-program transfer, death, etc.

Under the integrated stipend program, ineligible students will have to be deactivated by changing the status between 05 May 2022 and 24 May 2022 by the head of the educational institution in HSP-MIS for the distribution of stipends from 6th to 12th class from 2022 to January 2022.
